How does it work? What do I get?
Once committed, we will work with you and your key stakeholders first to understand the context and existing method landscape into which the solution needs to fit. We will then facilitate some workshop sessions to summarize the challenges and prioritize solution areas to focus on. Operating model design sessions with then be run to identify a candidate set of development practices that can act as the heart of your target operating model. We will then assemble the model solution for play-back and review.
